Blindspot supports companies throughout the entire process of inclusive initial training. You provide training as usual – we take care of coordination, advice and coaching. The apprentices' wages and any additional costs associated with their disability are financed by the IV.

You provide a regular apprenticeship and concentrate on the technical training – we take care of the rest. Together, we create sustainable prospects for young people and for your company.
