Impact assessment

All Blindspot projects are designed to have a sustainable and holistic impact. They are tailored to the needs of the target groups and are continuously developed to achieve the greatest possible impact. We work with various partners to design and implement our projects. The involvement of parents and caregivers, as well as the integration of the social environment, support the sustainable impact of the projects.

Thanks to numerous feedback and qualitative studies, we know that participants in our projects have increased personal, social and professional skills and consider a diverse society to be an added value. More details about our work can be found in our annual impact reports.

We do not keep the knowledge we have acquired to ourselves, but pass it on to individuals, institutions and organisations. We are also happy to provide information about our impact-oriented project work and offer inclusion consulting for organisations.

The functions of impact-oriented project work can be summarised in three words:

  1. Learning: Impact measurement is the basis for organisational learning. It allows us to reflect on and further develop our work.
  2. Steering: The results of impact measurement provide management and project managers with an additional basis for decision-making, enabling them to steer projects in the right direction (in a timely manner).
  3. Legitimisation: Our impact measurement provides the necessary data to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of projects and, at the same time, proves that we always strive to make optimal use of time and financial resources.

Our impact report shows how we are driving systemic change and provides insights into the latest developments in our inclusion projects and how we measure our impact, based on feedback from project participants and employees and the results of our regular project surveys. After all, our vision of an inclusive society has an impact precisely where our work is reflected in stories and can be measured by facts.
