We are committed to ensure that everyone in our society can freely and actively participate in life. With our inclusion projects in the areas of leisure, work and housing in Switzerland and internationally, we want to turn this vision into a reality. Discover the world of inclusion on our website.
We stand for a society where inclusion is viewed as natural in all social aspects. We are convinced of the added value of a diverse society. For a diverse society to occur, we create platforms that enable interactions and personal development of young people with and without disabilities, on their path to a self-determined life.
Whether it is a restaurant, where all types of people work together, or during a breakdancing lesson with a diverse set of participants, everyone involved quickly realises that we have a lot in common, that every single one of us has the right to a place in our society.
Our inclusion projects and approach to work, are based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
In the podcast "Sensebreaking in the Making" with Anna and Anka, founder and CEO Jonas Staub explains inclusion as well as our activities in a simple and entertaining way.
"Making the impossible possible" - this is our guiding principle. As a non-profit organisation, we are dependent on support; Without the commitment of foundations, institutions, partner organisations, companies and patrons, our ambitious projects would not be possible.
