Are you looking for an apprenticeship? And you have an impairment? We offer apprenticeships in the kitchen and in service.

Many people with and without impairments work in our inclusive businesses in Bern. You will have a lot to do with guests in our establishments and work in a diverse, motivated team. Trained coaches will accompany and support you during your training. During your training, you will not only learn a profession. You also go to school and attend courses. The apprenticeship lasts 2-3 years.

Our companies are inclusive. This means that all people belong and can participate everywhere. We want all people in Switzerland to be able to live independently and self-determined. We are committed to this. That is why people with and without impairments can do an apprenticeship with us.

In our establishments you will help to prepare delicious food and drink for guests and carry out important cleaning work in the kitchen.

In our establishments you will help to serve guests in a friendly manner, provide information about the menu and decorate the restaurant in a cosy way.
