Within the framework of the project "Arbeitsmarkt Inklusiv" we carry out awareness-raising and counselling work for employers. We want to show that inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market is possible and enriching.
The food truck of the labour inclusion project Provisorium46 provides us access to companies, economic operators and event organisers. On one hand, we receive requests for our mobile catering services, on the other hand, we offer them proactively. The presence of our food truck at company, clubs, public and private events enable us to raise awareness about inclusion. In this way, we reach guests, employees and decision-makers from various companies and sectors in an unconventional, intimate way.
If a company is interested in inclusion efforts, we explain important findings on the topic in a preliminary discussion and emphasize the added value. We also determine the current state of inclusion in the company, we ask about the willingness and motivation to promote inclusion. If the people in charge are interested, we evaluate possible goals and procedures together. Depending on the situation and the needs, the procedures vary from sensitising employees, offering internships to hiring people with disabilities. Our approach is based on an inclusion index adapted to the labour market with three phases and individually adapted measures.
As part of the project "Arbeitsmarkt Inklusiv", we also organise awareness-raising events, hold workshops or lectures and advise interested parties on topics related to diversity and inclusion in working life.
