Labor market for inclusion

Within the framework of the project "Arbeitsmarkt Inklusiv" we carry out awareness-raising and counselling work for employers. We don’t only want to show that inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market is possible and enriching, but also represents an important competitive advantage for companies. By following principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as well as the achievement of the goals "Less Inequalities" (#10 Reduced Inequalities) of the UN Agenda 2030 (UN Sustainable Development Goals) sustainable organizations engage in inclusive work structures.

Blindspot has several years of experience in the inclusion of people with disabilities in the primary labor market. With this experience and the inclusion expertise we advise and accompany employers and organizations on the way to an inclusive corporate culture, an inclusive work environment and diverse teams. With the goal of jointly achieving long-term sustainable inclusion of people with disabilities in the primary labor market.

Our offers for companies

In our consulting mandates, we focus on a holistic and long-term inclusion effects and convey this natural cooperation at eye level with people with and without impairments. We are pioneers in inclusion with our real-life projects. To further advance this in our society, we pass on what we have learned and work strongly network-based. 

We tailor our offers and services to the individual needs and goals of our customers. A joint development and process design based on partnership and the respective culture is important to us. The modular consulting concept enables standardized and yet individualized consulting and support. In a free initial consultation, we work together to determine the most suitable path for our clients, as well as the time and cost framework.

If a company is interested in inclusion efforts, we explain important findings on the topic in a preliminary discussion with those responsible and demonstrate the added value. We also determine the status quo of the company and ask about the willingness and motivation to promote inclusion. If the responsible persons are interested, we evaluate possible goals and procedures together - depending on the situation and the needs, these vary from raising awareness among employees, offering internships to hiring people with disabilities. Our approach is based on an inclusion index adapted to the labor market with three phases and individually adapted measures. 

Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen sind in der Schweizer Arbeitswelt noch massiv untervertreten. Dabei ist berufliche Teilhabe ein Menschenrecht und Inklusion ein Potenzial für unternehmerischen Mehrwert. Die Veranstaltungsreihe zur inklusiven Gestaltung von Unternehmen soll Arbeitgebende zu einem Wandel inspirieren und ihnen Ansatzpunkte für die Umsetzung von Inklusion aufzeigen. Ca. zwei Mal jährlich wird ein Fokusthema vertieft, das Unternehmen besonders beschäftigt und zu dem Blindspot seine Inklusionsexpertise weitergeben kann. Themenvorschläge nehmen wir gerne unter entgegen.
