Education in our restaurants

Many people with and without disabilities work in our inclusive locations in Bern. You will have a lot of contact with guests and work in a diverse, motivated team. Trained coaches will accompany and support you during your apprenticeship. During your apprenticeship, you will not only learn a profession. You will also go to school and attend courses. The training lasts 2-3 years.

Our establishments are inclusive. This means that everyone belongs and can participate everywhere. We want everyone in Switzerland to be able to live independently and self-determinedly. We are committed to this.

The training programmes are carried out in cooperation with the IV. They take place within the framework of the secondary labour market, but are based on the structures of the primary labour market.
