Labor Inclusion
Holistic workplace inclusion projects promote professional, personal and social skills. Since 2016, we have been offering young adults with and without disabilities the opportunity to expand their skills in a gastronomy and cultural business in Bern's Länggasse district with the Provisorium46. The Lions Club Bern honoured the innovative project approach with the Prix Lions in 2017.
In 2020, we were able to expand the project with a second location in the Monbijou district: At Fabrique28, young people with and without disabilities work side by side, learning from professionals and from each other. In addition, we could provide further long term focus on inclusion with inclusive gastronomic pop-up projects, such as Hof17.
With our presence in visible, highly frequented locations, we make the added value of a diverse society understandable and tangible in an informal way. Raising awareness in society and transferring knowledge to employers in the primary labour market are therefore important parts of the concept.
In the coming years, the project will be further developed under the name "Labor Inklusion". In order to implement the planned innovative and social community oriented living and working concept, the property of Provisorium46 in the Länggasse district, was renovated and rebuilt to be barrier-free.

The cosy refreshment in the morning is our vibe and the rich lunch is our metier. All seasonal and regional dishes are available in vegetarian, vegan and meat versions. All offers are also available for take-away.
Hof17
The inclusive pop-up at an organic farm
Switzerland's first inclusive open-air gastronomic experience was created in the summer of 2021: The Hof17. An inclusive gastronomy team serves you a 5-course menu in the evening, with ingredients directly from the organic farm and the region. Want to book a table? You can find more information here.

Märit46
Inclusion living on at the market
During the lockdown period, Provisorium46 and Fabrique28 launched a pop-up market. Every Friday in March and April, the inclusive market was held on the terrace of Provisorium46 from 16:00 to 20:00. Regional and seasonal products were offered, such as vegan salmon, ginger syrup, craft beers or our french-fry spice mix. There were also hot or cold drinks and our homemade burger with fries from our inclusive food truck.
